Happy Birthday my fren

Today I went to Orchard to buy a birthday present for a friend. He's a Malaysian working in singapore. He's a fun, friendly and whacky guy. But what strikes me the most is, He's the most hardworking technician i have ever seen. I mean i have dealt with a lot of different technicians while i was working at. Perm staff, contract staff or temp staff wise,the gambling till lose house lose wife type, the type tat work 1 day MIA 2 days kind of staff.. all i hv work with... i have never known someone who can work 12hrs shift 7days a week... and this continued since day 1 i know him( juz for the record i known him for more than 1year liao). This means he's basically working everyday, even CNY he took the 3days holiday as a break and went back to work on the 4th day(4th day most of us on Leave)... i mean i have work OT before..those type tat is OT over a long period of time.. 12hrs shift and continuous burning of weekends... but for me, it's at most 3 or 4 mths...before i burn out... but he's the only person i know tat has done this for so long and currently still doing it...

i'm really amazed by his zest for work... Well, bought him a remona wallet for him.. as it's more practical than the normal perfume i will buy for guys... and the last time i saw his wallet.. i feel tat it's time for a change... I went all the way to Jalan Bukit Merah, fully armed with a CHEESECAKE ( wat's a birthday without a cake) to pass him tat present and had a 5mins conversation ( he was damn bz) after waiting 20mins for him at a road junction. Hahaha he was damn shock to see me with a cake in tow... hehehe i like to surprise ppl... and i like surprises for myself too.. hehehe

During that short fleeting conversation we had, he filled me in on wat's going on in his life. A new job scope, a possible promotion and pay increase for him. Feel that he's really trying very hard to work and improve himself.. i'm happy to know someone like him... he's my role model .. coz he spured me to work even harder for myself.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! hope u like my present ...
